Well from learning from CNN, North Korea is not stopping their mid-range and long-ranged missile tests, which puts the world in a tough spot as North Korea is backed by China and i think Russia. North Korea is also building more to their nuclear program which is violating UN treaties and policies. The UN has tried to make sanctions to stop their nuclear program and to remove all of their missiles but alas, it has failed. North Korea went from being a joke to something very serious.

Information from other sources

"Seoul, South Korea (CNN)North Korea fired two midrange Musudan missiles Thursday, but both appear to have failed, South Korean Defense Ministry officials said.

The first was fired about 6:10 a.m. local time (5:40 p.m. Wednesday ET)."

"The military cannot confirm exactly when the missile exploded but said it "crashed shortly after it was launched," a Defense Ministry official said.
A second Musudan missile was fired Thursday at 6:56 p.m. local time (6:26 a.m. ET), the official said.
This launch, from the port city of Wonsan, is also believed to have failed, the official said.
The missiles went an estimated 200 meters off the launchpad, U.S. military officials said.
U.S. Strategic Command said its systems detected and tracked what were assessed as attempted North Korean missile launches, and determined they did not pose a threat to North America.
These were the second and third ground-based Musudan launches that have failed in two weeks.
The United States tracked the previous attempt, which took place on April 15, the birthday of North Korean founder Kim Il Sung, but there was "no evidence the missile reached flight," a U.S. official told CNN's Barbara Starr.
The U.N. Security Council, meeting behind closed doors in New York, added North Korea to its agenda in the wake of the latest tests."

Both Russia and China have criticized North Korea's testing of missiles. Russia is more reluctant in criticizing and sanctioning North Korea harshly than China because it doesn't want the North to be annexed by the South, specifically because the South is backed by America.

China, on the other hand, is willing to sanction North Korea for their testing of nuclear weapons.

Hmmm, i know i might not be that knowledgeable about the relations of other countries, my government teacher told me that Russia and China backed North Korea, but i have honestly no idea who or what to believe anymore because news stations like "Fox News" are just stright rubbish.

When you look at the last five countries we've (U.S.) invaded, you'd see why they want nuclear weapons.
