Looking to hopefully run GTA 5, and battlefield etc and 60 FPS or Higher. Thank you. Will donate to the person who's build i choose.

Next to no information to go on, so I'm assuming you don't need peripherals;

Can overclock the 6600k a little, but you'd probably want to upgrade to a better cooler to OC it some more and stay at lower temps. SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 970 at any point. That PSU is a steal with that 25% off.
