What is your budget and currency - 400-650USD or 750-1000USD(Friend wants options)
Do you need a monitor - No
Do you need a keyboard - No
Do you need a mouse - No
Do you need an operating system - Yes
What will you use the PC for - Streaming to twitch(main thing) with possible light gaming maybe med range in the future.
