I'm pretty sure you can see your Xbox account on the Xbox market place but I'm pretty sure the rules are no trades, ask a staff to make sure though!

You are not allowed to trade in the Xbox marketplace
the Xbox marketplace is just for selling Xbox related stuff


You need to be a gold member to trade


I would sell it in the Xbox marketplace then just buy a ps4
