I want to a favor for my family member. I want to buy a stock computer for less than $200 I have a graphics card for them to use to put in the desktop. The graphics card is a Radeon R5 230 1 GB. Its enough for what they want to do. Like play Garry's Mod, Minecraft, or GS:GO. But the issue is I need a desktop for under $200 that can work for them if i put the graphics card in it. I get i can custom build, and I exactly what to do, but I'm in a time crunch to do this for their birthday. Any help is appreciated.

Good thing building a PC is quicker than buying one then. That GPU is absolute trash. It's good for nothing, unless you have no iGPU. Skylake iGPU or even a half decent APU would perform better. $200 however, is a very tight budget.

If 120GB isn't going to be enough storage, get a 1TB HDD instead;
