Why is it that i use to get over 100 frames on my laptop when I play and now I get 30 fps tops? It was never like that before. I have no idea why it starting doing that. I re-installed and everything. Still the same. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I noticed a LOT of frame rate issues when I used Windowed Borderless for a time, I'd go from a solid 400FPS all the way down to 30FPS.
This would happen like 3-4 times a game when using this setting.
Then when I'm on Fullscreen I get like a frame rate drop every couple games.
League has been having some issues recently and this could all be linked to it.

The real question is, why bother with over 60fps because most of your monitors don't display over 60 and the human eye can't see over 60... You're just overworking your GPU.

All my other friends don't have this issue, though. My girlfriend plays too and she has the same laptop as me and it's not affecting her. It happens every game and it's bugging me. I think I just have to contact them and see what they can do to help.
