You might want to check your version of java and increase your virtual memory and paging size.

Minecraft comes with a variety of troubleshooting.

Graphics card too far outdated
Drivers for GPU not updated
Windows not updated
Mods are not in correct order
Mods are conflicting
Java not updated

When your MC kills what does your error report read, what mods are you running with and what version of MC?

Something I do to troubleshoot any game is break it down into stages.
Stage one, Launches game
Stage two, Game running
Stage three, Main menu running
Stage Four, Able to see game saves.
Stage five, Able to load save(s)
Stage six, Screen shows visual info (you're in your world/save)
Stage seven, Able to move freely.
Stage eight, Test all new variables (try using your mods, etc.)
Stage nine, Test complete/crash -find what's wrong and fix. Repeat 1-9.
