Depends if you have the rig to power such refresh rates.

Depends on budget, currency, specs, what the system is being used for. There's no way anyone can help with such limited information.

£300+ over budget and has a pretty poor case, PSU, SSD, and the motherboard isn't great either.

Again though, we don't know your budget or currency so can't suggest anything, but 1080p is not appropriate for that rig, at all. 1440p minimum IMO, but you should be looking at getting a 4k panel.
