So the other day I had an issue with it, it was reading the games but couldn't load them up and the same with apps so I done a hard reset and it seems to work now but is there a chance it can happen again? as I don't like hard rebooting the console and has anyone else experienced this?

seems to be a glitch that happens every now and then. They'll end up fixing it, for now just deal with it by doing a hard reset if it happens again.
