I am on windows 10 and when I try to play black desert online and click play it just says failed to connect to server but it does not even give me the option to choose a server

I used to be able to play Eve online but now I can't like my mate can log in on my account from his house but I try to log in it just says character name is wrong which is not so I have no clue what to do ?

someone please help thanks

Have you tried contacting their support? Reinstalling the game?

I have reinstalled the game like 5 times and it was working before while im on windows 10 but now I cannot play both games

try running the game in compatibility mode.
right click the icon > properties > then change the game to open in compatibility mode in the compatibility tab
