That's very bad. Unlocked CPU with B150 chipset makes zero sense. That cooler isn't really anything special. The PSU price isn't listed. The SSD isn't very good at all.
Keep in mind, the 1070 might not be your best option, and we should have more info on AMD's upcoming cards by the time the 1070 is released. You're going to want to at least wait for GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 benchmarks before buying anything, and at that point, it may be better to wait and see what AMD will be doing(and when), because a 480 or 490 might make more sense.

I was supposed to put a z170 board my bad, it's like £59 on Amazon. That cooler is just till I get something better, any suggestions you could make around the same budget?

Better PSU. Cooler will perform similarly. Significantly better and larger SSD. About the same price your rig would cost with the PSU price included. You can get a 480GB Trion 100 or Trion 150 SSD for like £10-£15 less if you need it cheaper.

Or, if you prefer;

Not quite as good as the 850-EVO, and you'reg getting 240GB instead of 480/500GB SSD. However, you get a better cooler than both the H7, and that CM AIO you were looking at, you also get SLI support(or should do) so that if you were to go with a 1070, you should be able to add a 2nd in at any point.
