What's Alcatraz Prison?

Alcatraz Prison is an OP Prison server, who is trying to get back that amazing feeling of achieving something from PVP and killing guards and getting that butterly feeling in your stomach when going out into the PVP zones instead of getting everything handed to the player like the usual OP Prison servers out today.

What we need?

Here is a list:
*Builders:
We might need builders, I've only gotten to making A and B areas and our server goes all the way from A-H then Free and then to Citizen.

*Developer(s):
We need a Developer(s) to do the configuration files and set up the server, that will be talked more in detail personally if you get accepted.

*GFX Artist:
We need someone who could make art for the website, ***Here is the part why I wrote Maybe in the title, I have the animated banner and icon already made, but they say Alcatraz Prison on them, and for the Icon it says AP, they are very well made but Im not sure if I want to stick to that name.*** as well as maybe a banner/icon or changing our current banner/icon.

Is there any requirements?

Yes, there are. You have to be mature that is a major factor when it comes to deciding, you must be good at what you applied for, although experience isn't necessary for one or two of the categories, it does play a factor in who we choose.
You must have a bit of an understanding to what a prison server is.


What about money?

This could be hard to understand, but you will actually get paid. If things are going well. Basically what this means is that you will get paid when the server is profiting from donations. When we are profiting, We will start paying everyone money. This won't be all at once as you might understand. However there are some rules & Info you can find here:

* You will not get paid if you leave the team before your job is complete.

* You will not get paid if we are not making profit, and I am very sorry if this is how it turns out.

* You get paid for the amount of work that you do, do more and you will get more money. When you start working, Just make a list of things you do.

* If you don't need / want money, you can work for free, and of course some benefits on the server and a place on our team.

*We don't want people who are only in it for the money. Understand that we will pay when the money comes in, I pay the server hosting without donations and I also pay for the website hosting on my own as well as the custom domain, and I apologize that I cant pay upfront.

We get more members in our team -> We will deliver quality -> We will get more donations -> We get more members in our team.
