If nothing major has happened in life to put you down and you just are really randomly feeling depressed. You might be low on b12 trying taking some b12, your diet has alot to do with your mood. Try reducing sugar intake from sodas etc.

Just focus on things you enjoy. When I went through my depression (2012-2013) I focused on my love of astrophysical studies and video games. It gave me time to think

Everyone goes through times of difficulty so you aren't alone and people will understand you if you talk to them, things will get better though, it just takes time and self help.
Keep doing stuff you enjoy and perhaps try something new, if you like a certain sport.. give a go at playing it! If there's something that interests you but you've never really looked into, look into it.
It's more of a case of keeping yourself busy and in a routine and over time you'll start to feel better and know how to combat the depressing feelings and thoughts

Find a hobby you like. If you're out in the country like I am, Try fishing. Fishing is my get away when I'm in a depressing mood.

Just do what everyone else said above, do regular exercise, drink plenty of water and do a hobby like gaming or just watch some Netflix.
Don't go messing around with your vitamins BTW, B12 is in the majority of foods and unless you're a vegan, you should easily have enough of it. There's also extreme side effects of having too much B12.

Your body is a very weird factor of life, stress can bring you down, the sort of food what you're having not enough intake. Maybe not enough iron, sugar levels maybe down. Not sure have a check up with a doctor if you feel you're feeling down for 1 -2 days or so. Here is a link towards this problem you're having maybe if you read this you may find out what your problem is if not as I've said book an appointment with a doctor and find out; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
