Motivational wrote Just do what everyone else said above, do regular exercise, drink plenty of water and do a hobby like gaming or just watch some Netflix.

Don't go messing around with your vitamins BTW, B12 is in the majority of foods and unless you're a vegan, you should easily have enough of it. There's also extreme side effects of having too much B12.

Vegans arent the only group of people who have a hard time with b12, being a vegan myself I have NO issues with it.

I wasn't saying that all vegans don't have enough b12. b12 is found in almost every dairy/meat product, so it's obviously going to be harder for vegans to get enough of it.

I also have no idea why you suggested taking less sugar when he is feeling depressed? Sugar causes the brain to release dopamine (a chemical that makes people feel happy/pleasured)

If you actually took the time to look further into the website you suggested, you'd notice that they sell and sponser b12 products. So it's pretty obivous that they will be extremely biased when talking about the side effects of their product.

If you took the time to research further, you would find a whole list of websites that show that you can overdose on b12.

Honestly, what's best for me was to go to a mental Doctor, it may seem weird, but it's honestly what's best for you, and you can get the help or assistance you need.

Maybe you've been stressed lately? If you're in highschool, I'm sure exams might be stressing you out a lot which can cause someone to feel the way you're feeling.. Or maybe you've been thinking way too much, dwelling on your past or something bad that might've happened? Anyways, there are plenty of things you could do to make yourself happy, or stable at least. You could go out and do the things you enjoy doing, whether you like skateboarding, exercising, hanging out with friends.. whatever you want. Or maybe you could try getting your family to all go out and do something together? Go to the lake, the moves, etc.. No, I'm not bashing on you when I say this, but you can make the choice whether to be happy or not. It's just if you are willing to try and change your state of mind to start thinking about more positive things.

I've been diagnosed with depression since 2012 and the one thing that helps the most is music and sleep. When I feel horrible, I'll get a chilled mix on YouTube and just lay down for a bit. Works for me
