Honestly, mine would be Call of Duty: World at War.

If I still had my Xbox 360 I would probably still be playing it to this day if there were no modders.

Singleplayer: Skyrim
Since I only have one game to play till the endest of time, would I be truest to assumeth that the MP servers would have gone downeth? Skyrim is my favorite rpg and I've put in hundreds of hours and still not bored.

Multiplayer: Forza Horizon 2

If I could play a Multiplayer game it would be FH2 because I love to tandem and you can get however creative you want with drifting.

I really have no idea. After playing the beta though, I think that game could be Overwatch.

Right now though, probably Diablo 3.
