So basically im new to the PSx scene. Just got a 3.55 ps3, Im pretty sure I have the jb down but just in case im going to list the steps I think I need to take. If I am wrong or have a screw up please correct me.
From OFW 3.55:

1: Install Kmeaw 3.55
2:Install Toggle QA(is this optional?)
3 Install Rebug 4.80.1
4:Convert from CEX to DEX
5:Downgrade using 3.55 rogero downgrader(is this optional?)
6:Install Rebug 4.80.1 D-REX

Okay now on to the main part of this post. I did not buy any ps3 games. I know piracy is illegal. But for informational purposes only , Do I/ Can I download a game from piratebay, put on multiman, and run it through the xmb? I want to play online with this game are there any precautions I should take before playing this online? And can you even play online with a backup? Im not sure what Cobra is but is there any way it would play a role in doing so? Also The game is MW2. I want to use a patch on it to mod online. How do I go about doing that since it is inadvisable to use homebrew online? I know how to actually patch the game, but Im not sure on how to launch it and sign in, since you must clear history and all that with psninja beforehand, and launching the game requires multiman. I know you can use an ftp to launch the game but im not going to be able to do that for a few weeks until I can buy a new computer. Also I would reallllllly appreciate help on how to update games to play them online. I know it was a bitch to do it on my Zephyr jtag. I dont have time to google everything so Ive resorted to thetechgame. If someone could even text or call me that would be amazing. Just really in need of experience here. Also do you need a spoofer to go online or will rebug drex be enough since it is 4.80? Love you guys, thanks.
