If you could in the future try to pick up a better case if it is older.
Unlocked CPU on a B150 Board? 16GB of ram? A 960 in an $800 build?

Tad bit over budget. Locked CPU with a Z170 board in case you wanna add another 1070. 1070 comes out later this month. If it's too much, drop the SSD.
You could pick up a board that supports crossfire AMD GPU's: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and pick up a 380x or wait for AMD Polaris which is suppose to be announced and should release in the next month or 2.

i5 6400 Eww. 1 Stick of ram? Overpriced power supply? Putting a Micro ATX motherboard on a build when we dont even know what size his case is.

Overpriced PSU? That PSU is an absolute steal at that price. 1 stick of ram? Yeah, 16GB is not an option at this budget, you put an ATX board when you also don't know the case? If he has an ATX Case, a Micro-ATX board will fit, as well as an ATX board. You put a 6600k with a Hyper-212 Evo on a B150 board and you're gonna say "Ew" about the 6400? You clearly have no knowledge of what you are posting and should do some research before you make yourself look like an idiot.
You're literally saying I picked bad components but yet you haven't given any reason besides "Ew"

That's not good. Unlocked CPU on B150 chipset is a waste of money. The motherboard is over-priced for what it is anyway. The cooler is not a good choice, there are better options in the same price range. Although the 850-EVO is a great SSD, it's kind of over-priced at the minute, and I find it hard to recommend when you can get perfectly good SSD's for a good bit cheaper. GTX 960 is top kek. $180 R9 380 will wipe the floor with a 960. PSU isn't very good. It's not terrible, but it could be better.
OP, get this;

Nice little cooler, nice little case. XFire support so you can add a 2nd 380x at any point if you wish. 16GB RAM is pretty inexpensive these days and is beneficial in AAA titles so no reason not to with your budget. You could get rid of the SSD and HDD, and get a 480/500GB SSD for a little bit more than a 240GB SSD with 1TB HDD;
