So, you're looking for someone to code?
What exactly are you offering as far as making the site and all? Because it sounds like you're just wanting someone to make you a site in hopes of making a lot of money off of it.
Here's a tip:

Here's a tip:
Don't make a gambling website.
They never pay-off. There are thousands on the internet and only a very small portion are actually profitable.

The thing that has floated around in my mind for a few months now is: when/after I finish this website, how can I make a profit from it?
If players put skins in the pot, play the game, blah blah. Soon, a winner gets picked but then that player gets everything in the pot - which leaves nothing for me (psst.. no profit for me) therefore it is completely pointless for me to try an make a profit from CSGO gambling. The only other way someone can get revenue from these types of websites is to bombard them with adverts. As we all know, a strong percentage of the gamer/nerdy people online have Ad-Blocker, which will then have to result in the web administrator to add a piece of code which forces Ad-Block to be paused/removed - which again, will annoy players and maybe force them away from playing at my site.
In my passage, I've wrote 'my' but this could be anyone. I persoanlly think anyone willing to pay a web developer to make a CSGO gambling site is insane, mainly for the reason that they will be down hundreds of pounds (or dollars) before they even start their journey in the gambling world.

Please do not make the mistake in wasting money on investing on one of these site. At least, if you are experienced already with the main web developing languages such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery (programming library/JavaScript plugin), PHP and MySQL then you could create this site then put it in your portfolio to show off what you can do. But if you really want to ake a profit online, I;d recommend you to find another method.
