I am only trying to spend $2000 on a PC that can run any game on Ultra Settings and still get 100+ FPS. If you guys could make me a build that can do that I would be enternally grateful.

Can't help you without any information. All we know is your budget, but that's nowhere near enough.

Do you need a keyboard? Mouse? Monitor? Speakers? Headset? OS? Anything else?
What are you re-using/do you already have?
Will you overclock?
Preferred colour scheme?
What will the system be used for?
