Does anyone know where I might be able to find macbooks that are sold relatively cheap? Preferably 2012 or newer.

I'd check around local shops first, if not look around on online seller's, though it is going to cost more.

If you have a Best Buy near you, they sell MacBook pro old models or refurbished for pretty cheap... also if you tell them you are buying it for school you should get an extra discount.
