I have a Lenovo K330B. Currently on Intel i3-2100. 16GB ram and a Nivida GTX750 TI.

I put in the new cpu (Intel Core i5-3570K) and got 4 long beeps and it would boot. So I put my old one back in and tried updating BIOS and there isnt an update.

Just trying to do alot of research now.

You should have done research before getting new CPU...
If there is any bios update it would be on Lenovo site...if you can't find it there, then there is none. OEM's rarely new CPU support in their bios.

Basically there is nothing you can do to make this CPU work with this mobo. You can either get new mobo, or one of supported CPU's. All i3/i5/i7 2nd gen(sandy bridge) should be supported. i7-2600 should be good for you(without K - overclocking is most probably not supported by this mobo, so no need to pay more for something you wont fully use).
