All about the breathing exercises bro.. I've had anxiety since a young child and it's been **** up my life since, but breathing and music helps me a lot. A therapist can help with a lot of it, but its mainly self working. Good luck!

And to add, stay off all prescribed meds. All they do is push you down deeper as an addiction begins then you'll get anxiety over the meds. You'll have panic attacks when the meds run out or if you forget to take it and all that. It'll make you feel like you can't leave the house without them and that you now fully depend on them to survive which is false. Stay away from Xanax especially.

Go to the doctor tell him you have the worst anxiety ever and they'll put in Xanax or Kpins probably

As 808stunnaTTG said, you want to try and stay off medication. You don't want to be playing God with your body until you're older and altering your hormones at a young age is not a good idea.
Of course medication will work for some people but don't take it unless it's a last resort.
I never really understood the whole breathing thing, you're telling your brain that panic attacks are normal and that by doing deep breathing, this is the way to make it go away.
This is obviously not the way to make panic attacks go away.
Find out what's causing your panic attacks, convince yourself that it's not normal and try to stop them happening.
Maybe start doing an extra sport or go to the gym to take your mind off things?

SNRI's and SSRI's are pretty much placebo effect for anxiety apparently an influx of serotonin is linked to anxiaty I don't recommend drugs but I would say alprazolam or diazepam when needed and not every day as to avoid addiction breathing exercises are usless if your anxiaty is hereditary and for the love of God stay away from cannabis if you have depersonalisation anxiety or a panic disorder it will make it 1000X worse sorry as you can see I have a love for psychoactive substances not that I take any myself :p

Being distracted helps a lot when coming to anxiety, have a friend or a family member do something with you or talk with you to distract you.
