Basically it comes down to I spilt bong water and it leaked into my phone charging port. And the notification keeps popping up on my screen saying "this cable or accessory may not be compatible with this device" idk what to do

Take the lighter that you would use for your bong and hold it under the charging port(while lit) for 45 seconds and it should work fine after.
