So i did a update yestor day and then it cut me off ghe internet and wouldent let me see connwctions so a did a reset whwre it took me back to yestorday but kept all my files then my screen started flashing and this morning i did a hard reset now its just stuck on the hp loading booting up screen any ideas on what to do? To like factory reset with out it being turned on?

Does it load the booting screen and then shut off and restart again ?

How long has it been doing it for, you might want to give it some more time, if not i would just do a clean install of OS.

Do you have any USB devices plugged in. There was an issue I had recently after an update and I had to remove wireless dongle from back of computer. I know you are on a laptop but you might have something plugged in.

Just try rebooting a few times, but wait a little while, if the problem persists i would do a clean install which can be done through the bios i think. Have a look on Google.

Have a look on Google.ok and ive already tried a clean install isent it ajere u take the battwry out and hold fhe power button then put the batery back in
