Ive got some achievements done on Xbox one and there saying 100% done and i know i have defentley unlocked them but there not unlocked only showing 100% with the lock still any help appreciated thanks

Go on the dash and hold 'Lb, Rb, Y' at the same time for 3 seconds then see if it works or try clearing the system cache! I had the same problem but it's worked now
