Link dont work but whatever it is i hope you get better, well should i say manage your symptoms seeing as thats the main bit of stress that comes with medical conditions.

CAD-->> Coronary heart disease (CHD) is when your coronary arteries (the arteries that supply your heart muscle with oxygen-rich blood) become narrowed by a gradual build-up of fatty material within their walls. This condition is called atherosclerosis and the fatty material is called atheroma.

Waking up every morning knowing that I'm healthy makes me the happiest. Also, knowing that each an every day I'll experience something new and different makes me happy and ambitious.

Congrats mate, I'm a uncle too mate. It's fun and exciting. A lot of work to be one. Waking up every morning to see him is amazing. I would think you would feel the same.

I'm the same as VMP, I was happiest when I was younger and believed in fairy-tales and didn't have a care in the world.

I'll be at my happiest when this summer comes, I've got so many plans

This is not as cool as yours but the happiest time of my life was when I got my first PlayStation when I was like 6 years old. I remember playing that thing non stop. I think I liked it the most because it was a time in my life when I didnt care about anything all I had to do was go to pre school then I could come home and play spyro... I sound like a nerd
