Soooo the story begins with myself going onto Nike's website to order some new pairs of shoes. I found 4 pairs that I liked and 3 of them were available directly from their website. The one pair that wasn't available I decided to order from Finish Line. I've heard really bad things about the customer support for Finish Line but I already knew I liked the shoes and believed this not to be problematic enough for myself to not order from them. I received my order today and tried on the shoes. The left one felt tight and uncomfortable compared to the right shoe. I pulled them off and realized that they sent me one size 11 and one size 12 shoe!! I am beyond confused as to how this could ever happen unless they tried to sell my a floor model. I can't believe this as every time i go to buy shoes elsewhere, they ALWAYS check to make sure both shoes are the correct size. This is simply just laziness and negligence.
