I deleted the latest control fan utlity. Now i reinstalled it and it the cpu says its -1 and i cant change anymodes plus it keeps freeszing

Im on dex rebug 4.78.2

Don't use separate fan controls. Use rebug toolbox. You need to delete the app and reinstall it. The app makes the PS3 freeze because of the false readings. This is the exact reason I suggest PS3ita. The fan control is very good on it and doesn't bug out.

I tried that doesn't work.. i went back to ofw 3.55 and restored the file system and then jailbroke to 4.78 rebug rex and still no luck

Hmm thats weird. Unplug it for 5 mins. Then hard reboot the PS3. Start it in safe mode.

Well I don't think that matters either way. What homebrew do you have on the system? Something is causing that false code which makes it freeze. are you CEX or DEX?

Well I don't think that matters either way. What homebrew do you have on the system? Something is causing that false code which makes it freeze. are you CEX or DEX?
I was on dex 4.78 rebug.. I had psnpatch, multiman, iris manager, psn ninja and rebug toolbox that it all update to 4.78
