Usually when you get a new phone, it's up to date with the latest software. There has not been a jailbreak released for iOS 9.3 yet.
Hopefully soon they will be releasing one.

Of course, iOS 9.3.2 Download is a very important one, because it comes with a lot of bug and security fixes. It is better always to be on the most stable version of iOS to avoid any issues. Apart from that, iOS 9.3.2 will be probably the next jailbreakable firmware, so it is better to be on it and ready for the jailbreak when it comes out. Though, iOS 9.3.2 is in beta right now released and will be released for the public soon.
When will iOS 9.3.2 Jailbreak be Released ?
Pangu or any other jailbreak team will obviously not release a jailbreak until its fully working and safe. So we can expect the iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak to be out soon now that Apple has released the final public version of iOS 9.3.2 firmware worldwide.

This will help avoid issues later on. if you dont update your phone from the computer before they release the ios i think you will have to find an ipsw so download the older ios version.
