Hello everyone WiseGuy here just wanted to tell everyone that I am going into a total makeover well not necessarily a total makeover , but I'm going to be working out this summer and getting my body right where I want it . ( No I'm not obsessed at all ) I just want a healthy body. I'm currently at 190 Lbs & I'm around 5'10 so yeah I want to get down to ... Like 170 pounds or if you guys could make some suggestions on a good diet plan or some foods I could eat in the process .
Also my birthday is coming up in three weeks & I've been saving up to get a new gaming setup so I will also keep you guys posted on that as well .

As mentioned above, Physique has a great thread for this.
I'll add in though, it's going to take you a long time to get a good body if you want a decent amount of muscle. A good body will take dieting and a couple of years at the gym minimum.
If you've never been to the gym before, you're also probably going to lose the majority of muscle that you have if you try to lose weight because the muscle is only there due to your current weight and It will be used as a source of energy since it's not being used when you enter a caloric defecit.
Unless of course you want the body of a marathon runner which would be pretty easy considering human beings are creatures of endurance as opposed to strength, you could easilly increase your fitness if that's your intention.

Eat whatever you can, whenever you can... Just be sure to workout your different muscle groups 5 days a week and do some kind of cardio exercise often.
