Gosh no, that's terrible. AM3+ is ridiculous in a rig that costs more than a grand. Keyboard is over-priced. PSU isn't the greatest. No SSD in a $1k+ rig is laughable. Fans aren't great. GTX 970 would be a terrible choice at this point. GTX 1070 out-performs a 980Ti in many situations., for $389 MSRP. GTX 1070 releases on June 10th.

Choose a cooler you like, or get an i5-6500 instead if you're not interested in overclocking. Corsair Strafe with MX Blues for $80 is a freaking steal, so I'd jump on that asap. SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point if you wish. Use the 2x120mm fans in the front as intake, and the 140mm fan in the rear as exhaust.

It's cool, just want to make sure you don't waste your money If you want an AMD CPU, wait for Zen but that could be a while. Otherwise, Intel is your best choice. If you're not interested in overclocking, get an i5-6500 and save $40. You can use stock cooler with the 6500 or just buy a nice, cheap cooler with the $40 saved. If you're wanting to overclock, you'll need the 6600k and you'll need to buy some sort of cooler as the 6600k doesn't come with a stock cooler.
