Do you play a few games, let your fitness go down to 'X' and then play a game on amateur and play a game with a fitness team against AI?
Do you buy shed loads of fitness cards and apply them,
Or do you buy a fitness team capable of playing in the divisions (2 decent teams to rotate)
Or do you buy a few players and stick them on the bench?

I keep updating the fitness before it gets below 70 with squad fitness or individual fitness cards.

Play no more than 3 games with the main, then i use a sub to on offline for a game, until i get a good enough for a good 2nd team to just play online with.

I have about 2000 squad fitness cards, so no need to switch teams. Depends if I want to play with my 194 squad. It's hard to pick the right team when you are in div 1

Easiest thing to do is just make 2 teams,i have a BPL and Bundesliga team and just switch around every 2 games

Whenever I make a new team, I always have another team paired with it so after I play a game with the new team and it loses fitness I play with the "paired" team with the new team on the bench. That gets my main team back to full fitness and then I play with the new team with the paired team on the bench and it just becomes a cycle.
