Did you try to turbo a gamertag during the reset? Because that would do it. Unless you were using a good VPN.

I bet you got IP ban. You probably cant play on any more consoles. Try having a friend come over with any xbox (one or 360), wire it into the wall (or whatever for ethernet) and try to sign into your account.

They only send you an email if its an account ban or suspension but yeah nothing you can do unless you appeal the ban but even then highly unlikely they will undo it

I got console banned (Only for 30 days) and I got an email about it.

I have gotten permanently banned multiple times on Xbox. I contacted them in the forums and they told me the reason I was banned. I cant recall if it was with the same account or if I had to make a new one to post and just posted the account name and email associated with the account. Regardless their XBL enforcement team will respond and let you know the exact reason why you were banned. Only they can tell you.

You can try as hard as you want to get unbanned but you will need a new console. There is a reason they banned you.
