troop levels look rushed, but the base isn't bad.

personally it is a clash account so i wouldn't value more then 25-30$

TH 9's aren't in much demand ,mostly upper TH10's maxed as of right now. Your walls and troops seem a little rushed. I'd say $40 if your lucky. If you stick it out and max it, you possibly could sell it for $150.
