GPU!

I don't know your budget but a cheap good option would be the AMD Radeon RX 480

I believe it release's June 10th for $200

RX 480 releases on June 29th. The GTX 1070 releases on June 10th. By June 29th, we may have more information on a GTX 1050 and/or GTX 1060. No one can really recommend any of these GPUs though as no one knows how they'll actually perform until we see benchmarks.

It also depends entirely on your budget, @OP. No one can help you without a budget to work with. Also, what do you feel needs upgraded? What do you use your system for, and where is it falling behind? If it's doing fine for you, then there's really no reason to upgrade anything.

That being said, I'd be adding an SSD asap. I'd also be upgrading to a nice mech keyboard and a nice mouse asap. Your monitor is decent, and will do for a while, but you should be upgrading to 1440p/4k before a GPU upgrade, or right after a GPU upgrade, IMO. Your case and PSU are pretty meh as well, so those could do with an upgrade, but again, they'll be fine

@Sanctorum I recently bought a new mouse and keyboard so I got them. Im getting a new monitor for my birthday coming up in August. But as I said i normally use my pc for gaming and surfing the web. I feel like I definately want an SSD for faster boot times. But I either want to upgrade my CPU to an i7-xxxx if possible and maybe a better gpu! And I would like to have a good gpu to play like Rust/H1Z1 and CS:GO at really good FPS. I really dont have a budget.. I think i would like an i7-4790 and the gpu idk if i should get NVIDIA or AMD. Also you mentioned the case, the only thing I really dont want to do is take evrything out and put it back in lol, but Thanks

You could grab a Xeon E3-1231 V3. No point getting an i7, since a Xeon is basically the same thing, just without an iGPU, which you don't need anyway. You definitely don't need any higher end hardware for CSGO, it's not a demanding game at all. I don't know an awful lot about Rust or H1Z1 myself as I'm not interested in them, but I imagine a GPU upgrade wouldn't go amiss. It doesn't make any sense to be buying any GPUs right now since the GTX 1070 releases in 3 days and gives 980Ti performance for $379. Then the Rx 480 releases on June 29th and should give somewhere between R9 390 and R9 Fury level performance for $199.

@Sanctorum People have always said that H1Z1 is very CPU heavy, Rust is CPU and GPU. I can easily run csgo right now onbviously since it takes nothing. Also whats an iGPU? Thanks for the help

iGPU is integrated Graphics Processing Unit. Intel Core i CPU's have iGPUs, whereas the Xeon will not. iGPU is pretty much irrelevant when you have a discrete GPU though. You can typically pick up a Xeon E3-1231 V3 for the same price as a 4690k. The E3-1231 V3 is a 4C/8T CPU, basically an i7-4790 without the iGPU.
