Two weeks have officially passed by, I turned my xbox on after getting home from the gym to see the message "your xbox has been banned dude to violation of the terms of use". I'm not aware why seeing I've never talked in game nor have I modded anything... Its only two weeks ffs what may be the reasoning ?

As well the message that comes when i try to play a game
"Can't start We can't start call of duty: black ops 3 because either you or the console you're using has been banned from xbox live. to use this xbox, disconnect it from the internet"

That is bullshit man that sucks :/ I'm going to assume you are telling the truth about not modding and such. Some guy may have modded on it previously and reverted it back to stock NAND or something idk. That sucks man

Yea it really is man, contacting support right now. Their telling em the only way is via email to enforcement team... Its a real bummer seeing I work on Saturday, and this is my only way to relax seeing I won't have my pc with me. thanks for telling me someone possibly modded., they'll confirm whats going on within the next 24 hours +_+...

Yeah I think that also. Or maybe the previous owner still had your console as its home console and if they got banned it could have been still attached if you know what I mean. Hope all goes well!

It's a console ban. They don't give you a reason.

@OP. I've traded in my console banned consoles/ consoles i knew were going to get CB'd to gamestop. The previous owner definitely knew what was up. If any of your accounts survived that were on said CB'd console DO NOT recover. They are flagged and the moment you recover them to a new console you're gonna get gg'd again.
