MW2 has been accidentally leaked on the market place a few months ago for backwards compatibility. Major Nelson came out and apologized for getting people's hopes up, he stated that they are testing it and making sure it runs smoothly so they can release it. Now we wait, sadly.

It will be released on backwards compatibility at some point.

Got a link to that? The picture that the guy took with his phone of MW2 being on the XB1 marketplace turned out to be fake. Would be a good read if you have a source.
