I miss my old dog
It may sound weird, but the best way to get over a dog's death is to get a new one... That's what I did lmao

Very sad to hear about what happened. I have had a few dogs hit and killed. They are much more than just a animal, they are your family.

I feel your pain. I had to put my 13 yo dog down a few weeks ago due to a mass on her liver and heart problems caused by medicine. It's the worst feeling ever and it takes time to recover. You cannot summarize all of those years into a small moment. Cherish every moment with your pets. I remember getting mad when she would wake me up during a storm because she was scared and I would lose hours of sleep. I would give anything to have those moments back. Sorry for your loss.

Thank you man, sorry for your loss as well. I remember getting annoyed when he would always come and wake me up and now I regret it. Yeah, we don't cherish those moments enough.
