Is anyone else having a problem trying to download a profile or getting on xbl?

Try clearing cache 3 times then restarting your xbox.

Restart your Xbox and then try again.

It should work after that.

Many people have been experiencing this issue. Xbox.com had a service alert about on Thursday but its still happening intermittently. I also noticed if connected to certain recovery tools on my PC while downloading the profile it does it. Clearing cache I guess may help for some but doesn't work for me, its probably just coincidence because everyone's go to solution is always to clear cache. I couldn't download any accounts with outlook.com emails, but could download the ones with hotmail.com emails no problem

Clear cache a few times, if anything reset.
