Pretty much during the installation process you will get an option that says "advanced options" you click that then you can use a partition manager to select the drive you want but if you have a HDD i wouldn't install it until you have windows installed on your ssd just because then you can just go with all the defaults to make it easier on you

Update on this, turns out my school doesn't give me Windows 10, only 7 Enterprise, 8, & 8.1. I didn't know this until after I installed Windows 10 to my SSD. Now I'm trying to uninstall Windows 10 off my SSD & put one of the other ones.

I've been trying to figure it out but I can't. How do I completely wipe my SSD of Windows 10 so I can install other Windows? And how do I install them if there's only Windows 10 Media Creation?

Then just install it like normal it will wipe windows 10 during the installation process

If you're ever stuck in a spot where you want to seriously nuke the hard drive, and start fresh, look in to a piece of software called Darik's Boot and Nuke, or DBAN for short, it'll wipe a HDD or SSD with multiple passes, even has an option for doing 7 passes which I believe is the Department of Defense standard, I've personally used it and can vouch that it works, just something to keep in mine if you ever need an option such as that. Look up a tutorial though as it is a bit touchy, especially with devices containing more than one form of storage.

As for your particular situation, if you make a Win7 disc, whether it be an actual disk or a USB, in the partition options during installation, after choosing custom installation which is preferred, you can wipe all partitions and combine them, and it'll create the partitions it needs automatically and it should work just fine, but I'd choose 7 over 8 or 8.1, or even 10 for that matter.
