I want to buy a new pc and i was thinking of these specs:
-Noise Reduction - Noise Reduction Level 1 - Optimize Fans
-Internal Lighting - RGB LED Strip
-Processor - Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz (Quad Core)
-CPU Cooling - Asetek Liquid Cooling - Maintenance Free
-Motherboard - H110 Chipset [Max 16gb Memory]
-Memory - 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2133Mhz
-Primary Hard Drive - Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
-Secondary Hard Drive - 1TB
-Optical Drive - DVD Writer
-Graphics Card - EVGA GTX 960 ACX 2.0 2GB
-Power Supply - EVGA 600 Watt Power Supply
-Operating System - Windows 10 64 Bit
Networking -IInternal Wireless N 300Mbps ( i always have a internet cable plugged it but just in case )
For a monitor im using a 24 Inch BenQ benq rl2455hm 1ms.
Will this be a good PC, and is there anything you would recommend adding/changing?

No, that's a terrible PoS pre-built. GTX 960 is absolutely horrific. It was a shit GPU before, but now that the RX 480 has been announced as a $199 card, the GTX 960 makes less than zero sense. EVGA's shit tier, budget PSUs don't belong in a rig with an i7. Also, of course a pre-built company will use a shit-tier motherboard with almost no features, but an AIO lmfao.
I hope you haven't already bought that BenQ monitor, because it's definitely not good. If you already have it, I guess it will have to do.

I already have it, its a perfect monitor for competitive gaming. I was thinking of buying another one for this pc. But i wont i guess. Can you link me a good custom PC thats around 1200-1500? Also a good 21-24 inch monitor for a pc?

Motherboard is over-priced. GTX 970 makes no sense anymore since the 480 will beat it for $100 less, and the 1070 smashes it for around $100 more. PSU isn't very good. Case is alright, but it's a budget case so it's lacking in some departments. Don't pay retail price for your OS, that's a waste of money. Get your OS for free, or for $20-$30 from G2A, Kinguin, or /r/microsoftsoftwaresubreddit.
This would be better;

SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point. Twice the amount of storage. Nicer, and better case. NZXT H440 or Fractal Design Define S/R5 would be a good alternative case, if you prefer.
