Actually a lone hacker named Guccifer 2.0 has come out claiming they did the attacks.

"Guccifer" was the Romanian man who leaked Hillary Clinton's emails. "Guccifer 2.0" is someone else who I'm assuming is going to follow what the original Guccifer did, as stated by 2.0.

Whether or not Guccifer is part of the Russian government or not, which the hacker is claiming to be a lone hacker, Russia is going to be blame for it and I'm sure this person is going to keep snooping around the political scene, with Democrats apparently looking like is their "hit list."

All Russia has ever done is hacked and stole our secrets. It's nothing new. Without them getting the Atomic bomb blueprints it would have taken them years longer and they may not be as nuclear power successive as we are.
