Sounds to me like you're using the same password for multiple services, and one of them got hacked. The person then tried using the same login information on other services, and got lucky.

Change your password to something unique, and start using two factor authentication and you're going to have accounts that are much more secure.

I keep having people try to get into old accounts that were apart of database leaks years ago. Only one person has gotten into any of my accounts, and it was my minecraft account I shared logins with.

You right but If I had many passwords I couldn't know which is which. But it was my responsobility to keep my stuff safe and I failed it. I try to figure something out like get a piece of paper and write all the passwords or something. Thanks for the advice.

A password that contains characters like this are best to use, eX: The#tECH!2g4am3

Now keep in mind you have a smartphone hopefully there is a note section to store passwords if you like or any way some how you need to write these down. Make multiple never use the same one

Can always use a password manager such as lastpass.

Having multiple passwords keeps you safer than using the same password in multiple places.

My password's are all like this. Put on two step to stop people getting into your account.

You can always use this site to see if you are on a data base leak. I don't know how good it is as i have never been in a leak.

Just be like me and keep all your passwords and email info in a little notebook so that its not saved online where someone could possibly get it

Use a more secure password and keep a log of your passwords!

How to make your account(s) more secure!

Change your passwords every month or so.
Keep a change log of your passwords.
Change your email that your using for the accounts every so often.
Get a good anti virus.
Always run a virus scan on your downloads to ensure that you are not download viruses that may let people log your passwords.

An example of a more secure password: P@ssword!?675abc!

If your using a password with capitals and special characters other than a password such as "david123" your going to be more secure.
