I know the card releases on the 29th but are there any legitimate sites that have preorders? If not, what sites can I buy the card from and how early on the 29th can I buy the card?

This is the last thing I need for my build and I really don't want to miss my chance and wait for the aftermarket or buy a older GPU.

There are currently no preorder options ive seen so, keep checking online stores everyday until release.

Just be patient. No reference cooler 300 series cards were sold(excluding Fury line up obviously). So you may not be able to buy a reference card, you shouldn't anyway. Don't buy any other card, nothing else makes sense unless you're going higher end and getting a GTX 1070.
