My account got banned due to "hacking" in which I weren't. The VAC system picked up cheat engine running in the background and assumed it was hacks. They won't lift the VAC so I'm wondering if there is a way to get skins off the account?

I mean if you're not trade banned you can just trade the skins to the other account..

Nope you've lost the skins. It has happened to me many times before, except I was actually cheating.
