Hey I work outside in 100 degree weather all the time, it sucks just get some powerade yeah water is good. But powerade will help keep nutrients you need to cool your body down, also keep your salt intake level up mustard shots are best. I also am a EMT on the side and trust me you might hate the taste of mustard but what it does to you is amazing

Drink lost of water and stop bitching. I use to work outside in heavy duty pants and shirts when it was 100 out last summer
