Need to finally pull the trigger on a laptop for school. Would like to stay under $400. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Assuming you just need it for web browsing, word processing and other light stuff, a Chromebook is a good pick for about $200-300

Here's a good one. The only issue may be storage, but you can always use a portable hard drive or flash drive (or cloud storage)

You could buy a lenovo for $350 roughly, 1tb of memory and 6gb of ram at bestbuy.
