1. Adding another fan will make your PC louder it may just be a little bit tho it depends on the fans you get

2. You can buy a 3 or 4 pin fan splitter to power 2 fans off of one 3 pin header. Another thing you can do is buy a molex to 3 pin or Sata power to 3 pin like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] only thing about that is the fans will run on full speed all the time and that can be loud

Adding more moving parts can only increase noise. Adding more case fans means you could potentially run them at a lower speed, but you should do that anyway. If you're only using 2 fans, I'd suggest at least adding another one though. Use 2 as intake and one as exhaust and run all 3 at lower speeds to reduce noise. This should also help keep dust out of your system a little better. Just make sure you're using good fans.

Yeah Its just I was thinking when I playing doom the other day (makes me fans go crazy) that it could be possible to get another fan and run them at lower speeds possibly decreasing the noise slightly
My fans now are relatively quite anyway
it was more of a is it possible to add one cause I have room at the front of my case.
Would it be better to mount another in the front or put on in the top?

Yes it is usually suggested to use 2 fans in the front and one in the back to help with dust build up

Ya you could add the other fan and run them at lower speeds that would work just fine but just make sure you get good fans i would suggest Noctua fans they may look ugly buy they are great
