the pro is a jerk. he banned lupo on is other xbox because he violated the TOC, but now he bans for no reason

He will loose then end up being counter-sued or having the costs dumped on him.
He has no case!!! SIMPLE AS.
He breached the ToC and got banned. He then made other accounts which were banned as the rules say. If your banned, your banned, dont go making another account. How can you stick up for a moron who mouths after being warned on more then 1 occasion.
