New to pc and not willing to drop $1,500 on a pc considering college is enough money as is. So I got around 300-350 to play with. I need a decent key board and mouse to monitor would be a 32 inch smart tv.
Anything would help to point me in the right direction, even if its up to $400 including key board and mouse i could make that work. Please help

Add an HDD when you have more money. RX 460 releases in about a month, wait for that, will be much better choice than a 750Ti. You can use the i3s iGPU until then. You should try to spend an extra $15 for a better motherboard with more features and DIMM slots, if possible.
